Team Building at Dart Warz

You may have worked in a workplace that put together a team building exercise of some sort. They’re fairly common for teams that need to work closely together. The Navigators national Collegiate office is no exception. Yesterday afternoon the majority of our office staff went to Dart Warz, an indoor foam dart “battlefield” (as their website describes it). We played a variety of games like capture the flag and king of the hill.

The teams were guys vs girls the entire time we were there, which as I see it means we really only sort of built up a stronger office team dynamic. :)
